The iScreen
Digital Vision Screening — Clear and Simple.
The child's
eyes dilate naturally in a dark room in about one minute.
The child
sits at the machine, focuses on an image, and the camera flashes — all
within seconds, and with a minimum of effort.
A digital
image is transmitted to the computer screen within 5 seconds.
Because
pictures are available in seconds, the image can be retaken immediately
if needed.
Patient
information is entered using the iScreen software. All information is
kept strictly confidential.
Each night
images and relevant information are electronically transmitted to
iScreen Central Analysis.
Results are
submitted to the physician within 24 hours.
Screening
results indicate if the child should be seen by an eye care specialist.
